The Challenge

The NGC hosts teams of undergraduate students from schools all across Canada. These teams are presented with a problem dealing with various aspects of geomatics, and must come up with a solution to the problem. The teams present their solutions in front of a panel of judges, consisting of industrial and academic experts in the industry.

Networking
Opportunities & Activities

Social activities, tech demos, and industry update conferences are scheduled throughout the weekend. Additionally, fun activities for exploring the city, including guided tours and group outings, will offer attendees a chance to unwind and enjoy the local culture while networking and building connections.

The National Geomatics Competition is proud to announce the University of Calgary as its new host, known for its entrepreneurial spirit, research opportunities, and a top-tier geomatics program.
